Ice Hub | Ice2Go is a next-generation Egyptian ice manufacturing facility specializing in high-quality plate ice production. Our mission is to deliver smart, sustainable, and efficient cooling solutions for a wide range of industrial, construction, and food sectors across Egypt and Africa.
We are proud to operate using state-of-the-art machinery from KTI – Plersch, a globally renowned German manufacturer known for its cutting-edge ice and refrigeration technologies. Ice Hub — New Cairo
Our New Cairo factory produces up to 100 tons of plate ice per day, ensuring reliable, high-volume supply for demanding projects. We manufacture 7–9 mm plate ice, ideal for concrete cooling, food handling, and other industrial applications, with excellent durability and distribution efficiency. Strategically located in New Cairo, we’re close to major new construction sites, reducing lead times and logistics costs. Each batch is bagged in 20 kg sacks for easy handling and fast discharge at the end-use location. To preserve quality from our plant to your site, all deliveries are made in refrigerated (reefer) trucks, minimizing melt and product loss.

German Energy Solutions Initiative
With the aim of positioning German technologies and know-how worldwide, the German Energy Solutions Initiative of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) supports suppliers of climate-friendly energy solutions in opening up foreign markets. The focus lies on renewable energies, energy efficiency, smart grids and storage, as well as technologies such as power-to-gas and fuel cells. Aimed in particular at small and medium-sized enterprises, the German Energy Solutions Initiative supports participants through measures to prepare market entry as well as to prospect, develop and secure new markets.
